CAD / TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

Warehouse Mapping & CAD Development

Mapped existing conditions, documented active gas lines, and translated client concepts into validated CAD drawings for proposed interior additions.

Map the warehouse floor, document active gas lines, and develop drawings for proposed interior additions based on client concepts and existing site conditions.

01

Assess

Conducted wall to wall field measurements and documented existing conditions throughout the warehouse.

02

Identify

Located and documented active gas lines and identified existing conditions relevant to upcoming inspections.

03

Develop

Translated client sketches and collaborative ideas into proposed interior additions within the CAD environment.

04

Validate

Checked dimensions, layouts, and proposed additions before preparing the documentation as project deliverables.

From field conditions to inspection-ready deliverables.

This project required translating an existing physical space into an accurate digital representation while incorporating proposed changes based on client requirements.

I began by measuring the warehouse, documenting existing conditions, and identifying active gas lines. From there, I translated client sketches and collaborative ideas into CAD drawings, validating dimensions and proposed additions before preparing the documentation for upcoming inspections.

The project required balancing requirements gathering, stakeholder input, field verification, technical accuracy, and deliverable quality within a week timeframe.

EVENT PROGRAM / PROJECT COORDINATION

Passport Dinner Series

Developed and coordinated a recurring international dining program, balancing themed experiences with operational requirements and consistent execution across multiple events.

Develop a recurring international dining experience that provided a consistent framework while allowing each event to reflect a distinct cuisine, theme, and guest experience.

01

Define

Established the concept, requirements, and expectations for each event while maintaining consistency across the overall series.

02

Plan

Coordinated menus, preparation requirements, staffing, resources, and operational needs ahead of each event.

03

Coordinate

Aligned staff and stakeholders around responsibilities, timelines, resources, and execution requirements.

04

Execute & Improve

Managed execution while identifying opportunities to improve future events and maintain consistent quality throughout the series.

Turning individual events into a repeatable program.

The Passport Dinner Series required more than planning individual meals. Each event needed to fit within a larger program while still providing a distinct experience for residents and guests.

The project required coordinating culinary requirements, staffing, resources, timing, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining consistent standards from one event to the next.

The experience reinforced the importance of structured planning, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, and continuous improvement when managing recurring initiatives.

CAD / SPACE PLANNING

Retail Operations Center Conversion

Supported the conversion of an existing Valero gas station into a multi-tenant retail operations center by translating client requirements into a practical interior layout.

Transform an existing gas station into a shared retail operations center capable of supporting multiple businesses within the existing building footprint.

01

Assess

Measured and documented the existing building to establish accurate baseline conditions for the proposed conversion.

02

Analyze

Evaluated the available space and client requirements to determine how multiple businesses could operate within the existing structure.

03

Develop

Recommended the placement and sizing of an interior separation wall to create distinct business spaces without requiring exterior modifications.

04

Document

Produced properly scaled and dimensioned CAD documentation suitable for city review and project inspection requirements.

Maximizing an existing space without expanding the footprint.

The challenge was to transform an existing commercial building into a space capable of supporting multiple businesses without making exterior modifications.

My role involved measuring the existing structure, understanding the client's operational requirements, and developing a practical interior solution. The proposed separation wall created distinct business areas while allowing the existing building footprint to remain unchanged.

The project demonstrates the importance of requirements analysis, stakeholder collaboration, spatial problem solving, scope awareness, and accurate documentation when translating a client's concept into an executable plan.

PROGRAM / EVENT ELEVATION

Holiday Event Elevation

An initiative focused on improving the planning, consistency, and execution of holiday experiences through structured coordination and continuous improvement.

Elevate holiday experiences through more intentional planning, improved coordination, consistent standards, and stronger execution.

01

Planning

Established expectations and requirements ahead of each holiday event to support organized execution.

02

Coordination

Aligned staff, resources, and stakeholders around event requirements and execution.

03

Quality

Maintained operational and presentation standards while adapting plans to changing conditions.

04

Continuous Improvement

Evaluated execution and identified opportunities to improve future holiday experiences.

Turning individual events into a more consistent program.

Rather than treating each holiday as an isolated event, the initiative focused on developing a consistent planning and execution approach that could be applied throughout the year.

The project required balancing event requirements, operational resources, stakeholder expectations, and quality standards while adapting to the needs of each individual occasion.

The initiative demonstrates the value of structured planning, stakeholder coordination, quality management, and continuous improvement when managing recurring operational initiatives.
